At NDK Promotions, we provide a free shipping on all orders over £200.00 within UK! Currently goods are only available within the mainland UK.

For any order below this amount, the  postage rates will be calculated as per weight.

Why some products ordered by me have been dispatched, while others have not yet been?

This condition happens when some of the items on your order-list are available with us, while some others are not. We first send you the items that are currently available with us, normally plain stock only, and then send the decorated items upon their availability. This, however, does not affect the postage that you have paid. 

We deliver the orders made by our abroad clients on an expedited international delivery system so that you receive our products as soon as possible.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

When we confirm your order with us, we will let you know the estimated dispatch time. We usually do our best to assign short time durations for all the orders that we receive. However, when we are in a position to procure raw materials from external sources, this time is a little bit extended. If you are not sure of the estimated dispatch time for your order with us, please feel free to contact our customer services at (+44) 01623 843033. One of our staff will swiftly attend to you.

We usually take 1-2 working days for dispatching your orders on decorated garments. However, this may take a little longer during peak times. When you are in need of receiving your orders at a specific date, please let us know, and we will do our very best to ensure that you receive them on time. We will arrange a Special and Tracked delivery system for your orders, and you will be charged an additional postage price for some of these services.

TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR DELIVERIES

If we are dispatching a large order, or an order of more than 2 items, we will send those either by a Tracked Standard 1-3 day, or by Next Day Courier service. The choice will be made depending upon the size and value of your order, and both of them will require your signature upon delivery.

We also offer delivery upgrades to a guaranteed next day service, if requested. This will be charged an extra fee. This upgrading facility is available for UK and Dublin only*. If you would like to place an order on an upgraded delivery service, please call us at (+44) 01623 843033. Please note that this service is not available online.

*Some restrictions apply to Scottish Isles.

DISPATCH TIME
At NDK Promotions, we offer the best clothing from all over the world. Though we may not have all types of garments in stock at any given time, we make them available to you as soon as you place an order with us.

When you place an order with us (before 4PM GMT)  for an item that is currently available with us, we dispatch your order on the same day (Plain orders only) These will be delivered on the next WORKING day. In case you place your order on an item that is out- of- stock, we will deliver it to you within 7 to 28 days, depending upon the supplier of the garment. This could also mean that the supplier has sold out the item, or they are waiting for a fresh stock to arrive, or there is an issue with licensing.

We are constantly in touch with our suppliers, and as soon as we are intimated of a delay in the receiving of your ordered item, we will inform you via email. Please use this enquiry form to place an order with us, to know the expected delivery time, and to make the dispatch quick for you. We will be happy to respond back to you!

VIEW MY ORDERS

We request you to give us your correct contact details including your mail id, address and delivery details. We ensure that your ordered goods are delivered in the right way to the address that you provide us with. If you fail in providing the correct details, your goods will be sent to someone else, unintentionally. So, take enough time and care in sending us your accurate contact details.
